I thoroughly enjoy helping people navigate their home buying/selling experience.  I work really hard to provide excellent customer service and to ensure a smooth real estate experience.

I also believe in truly listening to what my clients needs and wants are when searching for homes. This allows me to better pre-screen properties prior to showings and allows me to maximize your experience when searching and viewing properties.  In todays world no one has time to waste.  I want to make sure I do not waste your precious time when viewing property.  Let's be real, there is nothing worse than wasting your time and energy running to areas or homes you won't even consider because they met the price range but did not meet your specific needs. I prefer to have a consult with you face to face, learn about your needs and wants, then do my homework. This way, when we meet to look at properties, I will have 3 to 6 homes that check most of your boxes to ensure that we are moving in the right direction.

I enjoy staying current with local markets and continue to educate myself on all things real estate. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, NC Realtors, Triangle MLS, Regional MLS, a NC Registered Forester, and regularly attend local board meetings and social events to ensure that I can serve my clients needs to the utmost of my ability.
